Names
Jaime Gonzalez Western Region Vice President of Business
Development For Its Independent Sales Services Division
DALLAS (December 20, 2005) – Dallas-based
TRANSFIRST, a leading provider of transaction processing services
and payment enabling technologies, recently announced that Jaime
Gonzalez has been named the western region vice president of
business development for its Independent Sales Services division. In
this role, Gonzalez will help lead the company’s business
growth and development with independent sales organizations and
agents in the country’s western region. His primary responsibilities
will be to develop new business relationships, increase market
share for TRANSFIRST’s products and services and assist
independent sales organizations and sales contractors in customizing
merchant processing programs.

Gonzalez’s career path led him to

from a variety of perspectives and provide solutions that make
sense not only from the sales and marketing side, but also operationally,” said
Gonzalez. “This
has given me a ground level understanding of the sales cycle
and what it takes to make it happen.”
